What we need from you?

Knowledge:

• Completion of Future Leaders Program preferred
• Full store cover experience (outside of home store preferred)
• 12 months in current role preferred

Skills

• Ensures compliance with legislative and ALDI internal requirements
• Ensures tasks are appropriately delegated to individuals based on their skills, roles and interests
• Consistently follows and enforces safety and security procedures within the team while proactively taking action to correct any unsafe work habits
• Maintains the highest standard of compliance, safety and cleanliness
• Ensures all stock is of good quality and minimises stock losses caused by damages, stock maintenance inaccuracy, theft, and inadequate stock rotation
• Manages resources effectively to achieve targets without compromising quality
• Performs the management of all staff induction, development, training, performance, hours, leave, and payroll
• Manages resources effectively to achieve results while controlling costs and minimising losses
