JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position: Assistant Manager Dispensing
Reporting to: Production Manager
Division: Established Pharmaceutical Division - Operation
Location: Karachi -Korangi Plant
Job Summary:
Provide support to Production Manager and Supervise Raw material dispensing, storage, handling & issuance activities. To work with the Raw material dispensing team to ensure planning, organizing, executing, training, and monitoring of all activities with compliance of Procedures, Local Regulatory, CGMP requirements, EHS policies and security standing orders / code of business conduct.
Major Responsibilities:
- To perform Dispensing related operations as per SOP with proper documentation and plan & organize daily raw materials dispensing against shop orders (MO)
- Issuance of raw materials to manufacturing as per procedure and ensure daily checking & standardization of weighing scales / balances & maintain the record up to date
- Maintain temperature record of required area and Issuance of Psychotropic substance i.e., Pseudoephedrine and maintained its record
- To perform root cause analysis against KPI’s results for continuous improvement of process
- To coordinate in implementation of quality systems, training, and certification and execute and comply with CAPA tasks and ensure implementations
- To perform timely SOP review, updating and execution as per current practices and process operations, and comply
- To ensure timely trainings as per Master training schedule
- Provide proactive support to ensure the timely completion of site DI (Data Integrity) plan deliverables, participate in DI forums, serve as the DI point of contact, communicate DI updates
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and documentation, aiming to strengthen DI controls over data vulnerabilities and foster a culture of DI compliance at the site
Education/Knowledge & Experience:
- Science Graduate/Master; preferably Pharm D
- 3-4 years’ experience in the same capacity
- Proficient in MS Office
- Teamwork and problem-solving skills
