Overview:
The resource will be responsible to manage all air freight (export) related business as per customer expectations & company standards including operations, retention & growth of business, procurement, customer services, operational system OPS KPIs maintenance etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain competitive air freight pricing strategies for both local and international markets. Align with company goals and market trends.
· Participate in the development and achievement of air freight export productivity targets through effective planning, coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Manage the end-to-end execution of export documentation compliance with international shipping regulations and internal standards.
· Ensure timely and efficient handling of operational and customer service tasks by providing high-quality service and quick resolution of issues to meet client expectations.
· Maintain strong and proactive relationships with air carriers to ensure optimal service levels.
· Accompany the Sales & Pricing Officer (SPO) on client visits as needed, providing operational support and fostering trust with key accounts.
· Engage in customer relationship management and commercial tasks, including RFQ handling, rate negotiations, sales support (buying/selling), and strategic management of key accounts.
· Liaise with IATA, ACCAP, Civil Aviation authorities, and other relevant regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: Over 5 years working experience as sales for air freight (export) in logistics company
