Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Logistics Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts within the logistics sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international logistics.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their logistics needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Master degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of logistics services, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
