The incumbent will focus on assisting, managing and delivering all HR functions including HR operations, Payroll, Commission, recruitment and training & development of the US-HR department at Level 3 BOS.
The role will manage intake/requirements, systems analysis, configuration and support of new and existing HR solutions across areas of Time and Attendance, Employee Records, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Payroll and Commission.
This position will report to Head of HR US. He will act as a primary point of contact to HR partners for technology intake, work prioritization, execution of project deliverables, and HR operation support services.
Knowledge of International Recruitment & Selection (USA), the onboarding process for USA, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Management, HRMS Software, Organizational Development, Training & Development, and Excellent communication skills are mandatory for meeting the basic criteria of this position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- People Management - Manage the HR team including AM, Executives, Officers and TO. Lead annual goal-setting process, ongoing review and progress of team members’ goals, providing continuous coaching and mentoring, and supporting the team members’ professional development.
- Continuous process improvement in partnership with Management Team across Talent Acquisition & Management, HR Operations, Payroll and Commission.
- Lead all aspects of the day-to-day support on ADP applications, including release management process, operations support, and reporting & analytics.
- Ensure all HR-related systems are compliant with US data protection laws.
- Partner with US-HR and other department teams to design user-friendly processes, training, and documentation.
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving capabilities as well as the ability to make thoughtful decisions.
- Develop and maintain the multiyear HR roadmap
- Responsible for the HR Portfolio: schedule, issues/risks, spend management & reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- The incumbent must be an MBA (HR).
- A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience and should have worked in all areas of HR.
- Experience with HR portals, Oracle (fusion) or ADP preferred.
- Exposure to Core HR processes – Employee Records Mgmt, Payroll, Commission, Benefits, Talent Management, etc.
- Strong Employee Record management & Payroll process knowledge as it relates to compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in understanding how technology can be leveraged to solve HR problems and/or to advance HR initiatives and goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and written skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Strong business acumen with analytical and strategic thinking.
- Prior experience leading company-wide HR solutions and process re-engineering implementations.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, ability to research and analyze data, and present solutions.
- Initiative to lead and drive improvements without constant direction & supervision.
