We are looking for a seasoned and detail-oriented professional to join our Surveillance Operations team as a Manager – Surveillance. This vital position demands at least 5 years of direct experience in surveillance and security operations, proven leadership abilities, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our monitoring capabilities and maintaining a secure and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of surveillance and monitoring systems, ensuring all security procedures are effectively implemented.
- Regularly evaluate current security practices and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Lead and mentor a team of surveillance staff, fostering skill growth and operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute surveillance plans aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.
- Analyze data collected from monitoring systems and generate comprehensive reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address security concerns and reinforce safety initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the field of security and surveillance.
- Respond promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement as needed.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
- Between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in security and surveillance operations.
- Additional training or certification in surveillance or security is a plus.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, especially in managing and analyzing complex datasets.
- A strong track record in leading and managing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Composed and effective decision-making under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Professional certifications in security management or similar fields.
- Knowledge of contemporary surveillance tools and security management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
