Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and strategic US-HR/Manager. This role requires a dynamic leader with hands-on HR experience, particularly in US-based HR systems, processes, and compliance.
As the Manager US-HR, you will oversee a team responsible for delivering high-quality HR services, including Payroll, Commission, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Training & Development for our US-based operations at Level 3 BOS. You will work closely with the Head of US-HR and serve as a primary point of contact for cross-border HR collaboration, system implementation, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Assistant Managers, Executives, and Officers within the US-HR function.
- Oversee end-to-end US Payroll and Commission processing, ensuring full compliance with US labor and tax regulations.
- Lead HR support across Paycom, or similar HRMS platforms.
- Collaborate with the US-HR team to ensure smooth onboarding, employee records management, and HRIS data accuracy.
- Drive recruitment strategies for US-based roles, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition and onboarding.
- Implement HR policies, systems, and process improvements aligned with US employment standards.
- Ensure data protection, confidentiality, and legal compliance across all HR-related systems and records.
- Develop and track progress on HR goals, team KPIs, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Manage HR project portfolios, including scheduling, reporting, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, performance evaluations, and training frameworks.
Candidate Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification (mandatory).
- 5–10 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on US-based HR processes.
- Hands-on experience with Paycom, Oracle Fusion, or other global HRIS/HRMS platforms.
- Strong exposure to US-HR compliance, benefits administration, payroll regulations, and talent management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with proven ability to lead HR teams.
- Deep understanding of HR process automation and optimization.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver results in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive HR data.
