Job Overview:
As a Human Resource Intern, you will support the HR team with various administrative tasks and assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding materials.
- Support HR team in handling employee documentation, including personnel records, contracts, and other HR-related paperwork.
- Help coordinate new employee orientations and training sessions.
- Update and maintain HR databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and general HR policies.
- Help with performance management processes, such as tracking employee evaluations and performance reviews.
- Assist with HR-related compliance tasks and audits, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws.
- Support the HR team in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Current student or recent graduate with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws is a plus.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
