HR and Admin Officer Job DescriptionPosition Summary
We are seeking a dedicated HR and Admin Officer to support our human resources and administrative functions. This role combines HR responsibilities with general administrative duties, making it ideal for a versatile professional who can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration
- Support performance management processes and employee relations
- Coordinate daily reports of field and office staff along with their weekly targets
Administrative Functions
- Manage general office operations and administrative processes
- Handle correspondence, filing, and document management
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Support facilities management and workplace organization
- Assist with budget tracking and expense management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documentation
- Fleet Management of company assets
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
- Manage calendars and scheduling for senior staff when needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices
- Proficiency in ERP (HRM module) systems and Google Workspace/MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in ERP Systems (ERPNext is preferred)
- Experience with payroll systems and benefits administration
- Knowledge of labor relations and compliance requirements
- Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition
- Project management experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs47,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
