Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Job Summary:
Swissline Laboratories is looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions across our factory and office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, attendance, training, payroll coordination, and organizational development. This is a key leadership role aimed at creating a structured, efficient, and growth-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Employee Management:
- Manage end-to-end hiring including job postings, interviews, onboarding, and documentation
- Oversee employee exits, issue warning letters, and manage disciplinary actions
- Maintain accurate attendance records for all factory and office staff
- Ensure employee files, contracts, and job descriptions are properly maintained
- Implement and update HR policies and procedures
- Monitor team performance and support supervisors in staff management
Training & Development:
- Design and lead staff training programs to enhance workplace skills and productivity
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps and improve performance
- Develop initiatives to support employee growth, cross-functional learning, and internal promotions
Payroll & Benefits Coordination:
- Coordinate payroll with the accounts team, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Manage bonuses, overtime, salary revisions, and final settlements
- Oversee company benefits such as food allowance, transport support, and leave tracking
Organizational Development:
- Drive initiatives that improve team efficiency, coordination, and communication
- Work closely with leadership to implement workforce planning strategies
- Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented workplace culture
- Develop internal systems and processes that support scale and team structure
- Act as a key contact point for all HR-related communication and operational issues
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–8 years of relevant experience, ideally in a factory, FMCG, or production-based organization
