Overview of Job Description:
We have a career-oriented job position at Interactive Outsourcing Solutions for the role of “Senior Human Resource Manager (Female)". Primary tasks including helping the HR department by posting job openings, initial interview set-up for applicants, guiding new hires through orientation, and managing employee onboarding. Perform management duties to ensure all staff receives ample support for efficient work.
Note: The minimum qualification required for this position is Bachelor's or above.
Note: We are specifically looking for qualified "Female Candidate" for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and feedback.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and update candidate progress.
- Oversee complete onboarding process including orientation and policy briefing.
- Collect, verify, and manage all employee documents and maintain updated personnel files.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leaves.
- Ensure all employee medical benefits are tracked and managed properly.
- Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote open communication.
- Organize employee engagement activities to improve morale and retention.
- Monitor and evaluate performance; assist in appraisals and review systems.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies ensuring labor law compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date HR databases and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations and manage official correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls).
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and proposals as required.
- Handle resignations and complete exit processes including documentation and exit interviews.
Requirements & Required Skills:
- Proven 3- 4 Years of experience as a Senior HR role.
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Suite and HR software/tools.
- People friendly personality with positive attitude.
- Outstanding verbally and written communication skills with interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage conflict resolution effectively.
- Experienced on office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities.
