We’re hiring a Team Leader to manage and guide our cold calling team focused on B2B and B2C lead generation and appointment setting for the US market.
You’ll be responsible for training, supervising, and motivating callers to meet targets. At times, you’ll also be required to make cold calls and set appointments yourself to support the team and meet campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of cold callers
- Train new agents and improve team performance
- Monitor KPIs and report daily results
- Jump in to make calls and set appointments when needed
- Ensure team follows scripts and maintains call quality
Requirements:
- Experience in cold calling and appointment setting (US market preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to coach and motivate a team
- Comfortable working night shift (US time)
- CRM experience is a plus

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
