Job Title: Trainee Engineer - Electrical
Location: DHA PHASE 8,Karachi
Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Engineer - Electrical to join our team in Karachi. As a Trainee Engineer, you'll work closely with our experienced engineers to develop your skills and knowledge in electrical engineering. Your goal will be to assist in designing, planning, and executing electrical projects, while learning and growing in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in designing and drafting electrical systems, including single-line diagrams, schematics, and layouts using SketchUp and other software.
2. Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and other technical documents.
3. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and information for electrical projects.
4. Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement electrical designs, plans, and solutions.
5. Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations related to electrical projects.
6. Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
7. Continuously update knowledge and skills in electrical engineering, software, and industry trends.
Requirements:
1. Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. Basic knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and equipment.
3. Familiarity with SketchUp and other design software.
4. Understanding of BOQ preparation and estimation.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
7. Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
