Crystal Media is looking for a talented and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our growing team. As an Upwork Bidder, you will play a crucial role in securing new projects and building long-term client relationships. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of Upwork's platform, and the ability to craft compelling proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Write customized, client-focused proposals to secure high-quality projects.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements.
- Maintain a strong profile presence and ensure all profile elements are updated and optimized.
- Collaborate with the internal team to understand service offerings and pitch them effectively.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for project acquisition.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, design, and IT services (preferred).
- Proven ability to close deals and generate revenue through freelancing platforms.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Night shift availability.
