Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Online Bidder to generate leads and win projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and others. You will be responsible for submitting well-crafted proposals, communicating with clients, and helping grow our digital services business.
Responsibilities:
- Find relevant projects and submit tailored bids.
- Communicate with potential clients and convert leads.
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with the team.
- Maintain and update profiles on freelance platforms.
- Meet monthly targets and follow up on proposals.
Requirements:
- Experience with Upwork/Fiverr bidding.
- Strong English writing and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services (e.g., web/dev, design, marketing).
- Self-driven with good negotiation and follow-up skills.
