Job Overview:
We are hiring an Upwork Bidder with expertise in medical billing services. The ideal candidate will have experience generating leads for medical billing, coding, RCM, and healthcare administrative services through freelancing platforms like Upwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and bid on medical billing and healthcare service-related projects
- Collaborate with internal RCM/billing teams to ensure proposals are accurate and compliant
- Write personalized and persuasive proposals for potential clients
- Track and report on bidding success rates and conversion
- Build long-term relationships with clients through professional communication
Requirements:
- Experience with medical billing services or healthcare domain
- Familiarity with terms like ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, EDI, and claim processing
- Prior experience on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms
- Excellent writing and comprehension skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet daily bidding goals
