Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative 3D Modeler & Animator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in creating high-quality 3D assets, realistic textures, and smooth animations for various projects, including [games, cinematic content, product visualizations, etc. – specify based on your need]. The role requires a blend of technical ability, artistic creativity, and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, model, and texture high-quality 3D assets based on project requirements.
- Create and implement realistic or stylized animations for characters, objects, and environments.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to bring ideas to life.
- Optimize 3D models and animations for real-time performance (if applicable for gaming or AR/VR).
- Work with rigging and skinning to ensure smooth character and object animations.
- Follow the project pipeline and ensure all assets meet required technical specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in 3D modeling and animation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a 3D Modeler and Animator with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, or similar.
- Experience with animation tools and principles (rigging, keyframing, motion capture cleanup).
- Strong understanding of lighting, shading, and texturing techniques.
- Basic knowledge of rendering engines such as V-Ray, Arnold, or Unreal Engine.
- Ability to create optimized, game-ready assets (if applicable).
- Strong artistic sense, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine integration.
- Knowledge of simulation effects (particles, fluids, cloth).
- Experience with storyboarding and concept art.
- Familiarity with PBR workflow and real-time rendering pipelines.
