This is a remote, full-time position with growth potential for the right candidate.
Base pay is 35,000PKR plus 50,000PKR per a sale.
Responsibilities:
Research and build qualified lead lists based on specific targeting criteria (industries, roles, interests)
Send 30 personalized cold emails per day.
Customize email copy to ensure relevance and increase reply rates
Track opens, replies, and follow-up activity using Google Sheets or CRM
Maintain detailed records of outreach activity and lead responses
Suggest improvements to targeting and messaging based on performance
Occasionally write or edit short email copy as needed
Requirements
Excellent written English (clear, natural, and typo-free) Experience with cold outreach, lead generation, or email marketing (preferred) Attention to detail — you must avoid copy/paste errors Basic understanding of tools like Gmail, Google Sheets, Hunter.io, or Mailtrack Self-motivated, consistent, and able to work independently
