INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking an Account Based Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, market research, and lead generation for industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities, and Manufacturing. What You’ll Lead and Deliver
- Work with senior leadership in creating tailored ABM strategies and action plans for key accounts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activities with the customer journey and sales funnel stages.
- Plan and execute seasonal gifts and branded giveaways in key accounts.
- Coordinate the placement of branded content in relevant magazines and publications for the region.
- Facilitate the submission of technical papers at regional industry conferences.
- Develop and distribute regular newsletters and company updates to key accounts.
- Execute organic campaigns across social and digital channels for regional clients.
- Develop and share case studies and tailored collateral for sales teams.
- Execute targeted paid campaigns to support ongoing pursuits for key pipeline projects.
- Implement automated and personalized email follow-up sequences in CRM for active leads and opportunities.
- Ensure branding and coverage of customer FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) events.
- Drive participation in key regional exhibitions, managing giveaways and promotional materials.
- Plan and facilitate the execution of networking sessions tailored to key account needs.
Requirements
To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
- MBA with a focus on Marketing, Strategy, or Business Development.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, preferably in ABM, strategic marketing, or demand generation roles.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles and account development in enterprise or industrial environments.
- Proven success in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams across geographies and time zones.
