As a senior member of the marketing team, you will mentor cross-functional teams, influence strategic decision-making, and serve as a key point of contact between marketing, product, and leadership stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and lead a forward-thinking, data-driven digital marketing strategy to significantly boost online traffic, increase conversion rates, and elevate brand visibility.
Oversee performance-driven campaigns across all digital channels, including SEO, SEM, email, paid media, social platforms, and content.
Lead, coach, and scale a team of marketing professionals, creating a culture of high performance, innovation, and continuous learning.
Collaborate closely with the senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and consistent brand messaging across digital initiatives.
Drive full-funnel campaign strategies from ideation to execution, optimizing both organic and paid media across platforms to maximize ROI.
Define, monitor, and report on KPIs, utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and AI-driven marketing solutions for data-backed decision-making.
Spearhead content strategy and brand storytelling efforts to ensure a strong digital voice that resonates with target audiences and builds trust.
Continuously research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure CureMD’s digital presence remains cutting-edge and impactful.
Leverage generative AI and machine learning to personalize customer journeys, automate campaign workflows, and enhance audience segmentation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or advanced certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta) preferred.
10 - 12 years of progressive digital marketing experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
Deep expertise in SEO, paid media, content marketing, campaign management, email automation, and brand development.
Strong analytical capabilities with experience using Google Analytics, GA4, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong project leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive complex, multi-channel campaigns from planning through execution.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Adobe Sensei, or predictive analytics platforms) for content generation, audience segmentation, personalization, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with machine learning applications in marketing, such as recommendation engines, lead scoring models, and real-time campaign optimization.
