Fluency in English with a near-perfect American accent is essential to foster effective communication and build trust with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution: Utilize your experience in marketing sales to articulate service benefits. Conduct product demos scheduled, ensuring each session effectively highlights our solutions and meets prospect expectations.
- Demo Preparation and Execution: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations that effectively showcase key features and benefits aligned with prospect needs.
- Full Sales Cycle Experience: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients throughout the process.
- Persistent Follow-Up: Implement consistent and strategic follow-up strategies to nurture prospects, address concerns, and facilitate decision-making processes effectively.
- Sales Calls and CRM Management: Conduct several sales calls per day generated from inbound leads.
- Appointment Setting: Manage and schedule appointments with qualified prospects, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination to maximize engagement opportunities.
- Follow-Up Management: Implement structured follow-up processes to maintain communication with leads, address any queries, and ensure a seamless transition through each stage of the sales process.
- Customer-Oriented and Problem-Solving Skills: You thrive on building relationships and guiding clients toward effective solutions.
- Communication: Your fluent English ensures clear communication, establishing trust and rapport essential for closing deals.
- Analytical Proficiency: Your mastery of Excel allows you to manage data efficiently, producing insightful reports that inform strategic sales decisions and optimize performance metrics.
- Software Tool Proficiency: Your familiarity with diverse software tools—including Google Meet, GoHighLevel, Slack, and CRM platforms—optimizes operational efficiency and enhances the client experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Patient and Personable: Your patience and empathy shine in interactions, ensuring clients feel valued and understood. This ability fosters enduring client satisfaction and loyalty, crucial for maintaining long-term business relationships.
- Industry Background: Proven experience in sales roles within the marketing industry. Demonstrated experience as an account executive and has experience in selling digital marketing or SEO services.
- Communication Skills: Perfect or near-perfect American-accented English, crucial for building rapport and trust with clients.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Google Meet, Slack, and CRM systems.
- Time Zone: Must be able to work during CST hours.
- Initial Phone Call: Engage in a brief conversation to understand your experience and suitability for the role.
- Video Interview: Delve deeper into your professional background and assess your skills in a 30-minute call.
- Final Interview: Have a comprehensive discussion with our client to ensure mutual alignment.
- Background Checks: Conduct swift verification of your references and past employment details.
Each day begins with assessing prospect needs to ensure product alignment, followed by deep-diving into discovery sessions to uncover pain points and goals. This is complemented by meticulously preparing and delivering tailored presentations, coordinating free trials, and providing transparent pricing quotes. Throughout the day, maintaining a structured sales timeline and diligent follow-up efforts ensure accountability and drive prospects toward informed decisions, fostering ongoing engagement and momentum in the sales process.
