We’re looking for a smart, motivated Sales Executive to join our growing dispatch company. If you can convince, communicate, and close, this is your chance to earn big while working with a professional and friendly team.
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling carriers/owner-operators in the U.S.
- Explaining our dispatch services clearly and confidently
- Generating leads through social media, emails, and calls
- Following up with interested clients professionally
- Achieving monthly targets (with full support from our marketing team)
Requirements:
- Strong communication & convincing skills (English speaking must)
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Confident on the phone and proactive in follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of truck dispatching (training will be provided)
- Must have a stable internet connection and laptop/PC for remote work
- 30% basic salary if no sale closed in a month until probation
- 12000 PKR per active sale
- 25000 PKR bonus on 5 active sales
