Role Overview
We seek a driven Remote Sales Executive to expand our client base in the construction sector. You’ll identify, engage, and close deals with contractors, developers, architects, and government entities. Leverage your industry expertise to sell high-value services while working autonomously from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
- Develop tailored proposals/pitches for construction services (e.g., bid packages, RFP responses).
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles in CRM [e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot].
- Analyse market trends (e.g., infrastructure investments, green building) to target high-potential clients.
- Collaborate with project managers/engineers to ensure service alignment.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and KPIs (calls, demos, closed deals).
Requirements
- Experience:
- 3+ years in B2B sales, specifically selling construction services (e.g., contracting, engineering, materials).
- Proven track record exceeding quotas ($500k+ annual deals preferred).
- Industry Knowledge:
- Understanding of construction workflows, bid processes, and key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry terms (e.g., RFPs, change orders, BIM).
- Remote Work Skills:
- Self-motivated with a home office setup (stable internet, quiet space).
- Proficiency with video conferencing (Zoom, Teams), CRM, and collaboration tools (Slack).
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
