Key Responsibilities:
- Daily communication with clients — understanding needs, offering solutions, and building strong relationships
- Translate client input into clear, actionable briefs for Graphic Designers and Motion Graphic Artists
- Stay updated with trends in social media and creative design
- Leverage AI tools (image generation, caption creation, etc.) to enhance content strategies
- Ensure fast and clear responses to clients, and manage project timelines effectively
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in client servicing or account/project management
- Strong understanding of AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) used in social media content creation
- Ability to brief and manage creative teams efficiently
- Organized, responsible, and good at multitasking
