Luqon IT Solutions is a growing software house delivering IT services and digital solutions to clients globally. We are currently seeking a Digital Growth Manager(On-site) who can think beyond branding—someone who understands how to turn strategy into sales, and marketing into measurable revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Your main focus will be on lead generation, conversion funnels, and revenue-driving campaigns.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and ROI.
- Develop and optimize conversion funnels to turn leads into paying clients.
- Run performance-based ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Monitor campaign KPIs and use data to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue targets.
- Manage email marketing, retargeting, and automation tools to support the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content strategy, social media management and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console and other performance tracking tools.
- Strong command of email handling, account coordination, and managing international customers.
- Ability to plan and execute digital campaigns with measurable results.*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Timings: 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
Location: Bahria Town Civic Center,Rawalpindi

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
