- A proven record in CRM flow creation and automation tools (Braze, MoEngage, Web Engage)
- High proficiency in behavioral analytics tools (Amplitude, hot jar, etc.)
- Basic understanding of business financials, ROI, and profitability concepts Experience in data visualization tools (data studio, etc.)
- Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills paired with strong analytical capabilities.
- A portfolio of successful growth implementations and interventions.
