Job Summary:
We’re seeking a Cold Calling Specialist (Call Center Agent / Cold Caller) with strong B2B experience to generate leads, set appointments, and build relationships with potential clients in the US market. This is a remote/onsite full-time role ideal for someone who’s confident on the phone, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to B2B prospects using provided lead lists.
- Clearly communicate the value of our services (eCommerce, Web, and Client Products).
- Set appointments and generate qualified leads for the sales team or lock by yourself.
- Use CRM systems to track calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team for a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Adjust and improve call scripts and outreach strategies based on feedback.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Cold Calling, Call Center, or B2B Sales roles.
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or American accent.
- Strong phone-based selling and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Less-Annoying , Salesforce, etc.).
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Target-driven mindset and ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Experience working with US-based clients is a big plus.
Bonus Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of the B2B sales lifecycle and lead nurturing.
- Experience with cold email campaigns and other outreach strategies.
- Ability to consistently meet weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Familiar with tools like auto-dialers, call scripts, and productivity trackers.
