We’re looking for a Call Center Agent (Cold Calling )with 1–2 years of proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and team management. What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cold-calling agents to hit daily and monthly targets
- Make outbound calls to identify high-quality leads and potential sales opportunities
- Coach team members on sales scripts, objection handling, and effective communication techniques
- Set clear KPIs for the team and track performance on call volume, lead quality, and conversions
- Qualify leads and either transfer to the sales team or close the deal directly
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster continuous improvement
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing to fine-tune outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness
- Stay updated on industry trends and company products/services
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, or telemarketing.
- Strong track record in lead generation and sales campaign execution
- Excellent English communication skills—both spoken and written
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and call performance tracking tools
- Confident in objection handling, team motivation, and deal closing
- Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-focused
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a call center or outbound sales environment. Experience in SEO campaigns or digital marketing is a plus. Leadership and team management experience preferred.
