We’re looking for an energetic, results-oriented Outbound Sales Expert (CCR) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through outbound cold calls, pitching our services, and converting prospects into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce and promote our services to prospective clients.
- Identify client needs and offer customized solutions.
- Build quick rapport and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
- Follow up diligently on leads to progress them through the sales funnel.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales outcomes using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to align sales strategies.
- Overcome objections professionally to close deals effectively.
- Provide valuable feedback on client needs and emerging market trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Cold Calling Agent, or similar sales role.
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Resilience and motivation to handle rejection while staying focused on goals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales technology.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- A bachelor’s degree or relevant sales certification is a plus.

Experience: "6 months to 1 year of experience in a call center environment; experience working in an SEO campaign would be a plus. Digital marketing experience, along with a proven track record of leadership and team management, is preferred.

Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 + 10% commission on each sale.
