Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Client Relationship & Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team and focus on client retention and warm lead engagement for our U.S.-based B2B services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and strategizing with our current clients to enhance satisfaction, improve retention, and promote upsell opportunities. Additionally, you will engage with warm leads generated by our in-house marketing department, crafting a tailored approach to maximize conversions without relying on traditional cold-calling tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Retention & Relationship Building: Develop personalized engagement strategies for existing clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. Act as a primary point of contact to identify client needs, resolve concerns, and provide value-driven solutions.
- Engagement with Warm Leads: Focus exclusively on warm leads who have expressed interest in our services, including those generated from internal marketing campaigns. Convert these leads into long-term clients by understanding their unique requirements and aligning them with our offerings.
- Strategy Development & Execution: Work closely with the marketing team to understand lead sources, refine outreach tactics, and design strategies for sustained client relationships. Continuously analyze performance data to optimize outreach and engagement efforts.
- Sales Fundamentals & Needs Analysis: Apply advanced sales fundamentals to understand client motivations and craft solutions that align with their goals. Utilize consultative selling techniques to address client pain points and foster trust, focusing on relationship-building rather than one-size-fits-all sales.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Collaborate effectively with our in-house marketing team to leverage campaigns, gain insights into client behavior, and adjust sales strategies accordingly for maximum impact.
Requirements:
- Experience in Client Retention & Warm Lead Sales: Minimum 3-5 years of outbound sales experience focusing on client retention, warm lead engagement, or relationship-based sales strategies in a B2B environment.
- Understanding of Sales Fundamentals: Strong grasp of modern sales fundamentals, needs analysis, and consultative sales techniques. Familiarity with approaches that go beyond cold calling and outdated sales methods.
- U.S. Market Experience: Proven experience in the U.S. B2B market, with a track record of successful client engagement and retention.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategies based on data, client feedback, and market trends to optimize outreach and retention initiatives.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience dealing with services in the construction industry or in estimation services is a strong plus.
- Strong proficiency in business communication, especially via email, is essential.
Compensation:
Market competitive salary with attractive incentives and commissions structure. (Can begin from 80,000 PKR - Unspecified based on skills and experience)

Location: DHA Z Block, Phase 3, Lahore, Pakistan
