Cold Calling Outbound Agent – Accounting & Tax Sales

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Cold Calling Agent to join our accounting and tax sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing accounting and tax services, and converting leads into customers. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to explain financial services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to businesses and individuals regarding accounting and tax services.
• Educate potential clients on tax planning, bookkeeping, and financial consulting.
• Identify and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
• Work closely with the accounting team to optimize conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing (preferred).
• Fluent in English (neutral or near-native accent for international campaigns).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (CRM software experience is a plus).
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
• Knowledge of accounting, tax regulations, and financial services.
• Ability to work evening/night shifts (for international markets).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
