Mission: Build reliable AI agents and automation flows that integrate with CRMs, inboxes, WhatsApp, Slack, ERPs, and your web apps.
Responsibilities
- Design & ship AI workflows (RAG, function calling, tools/agents, evaluators).
- Build automations in n8n/Make/Zapier and custom microservices (Python/Node).
- Integrate email, WhatsApp (Cloud API), Slack, Google Workspace, Stripe, HubSpot/GHL, webhooks.
- Implement prompt libraries, guardrails, evaluation & telemetry.
- Optimize for latency, cost, and reliability; write clean, testable code.
Must-Have Skills
- Python or Node.js; REST APIs, OAuth2, webhooks, JSON.
- LLM APIs (OpenAI/Claude), vector DBs (Qdrant/Pinecone), embeddings, RAG basics.
- n8n / Make / Zapier and cloud queues (SQS/Rabbit/Kafka basics).
- Git, Docker; unit/integration testing mindset.
Nice-to-Have
- LangChain/CrewAI/AutoGen, FastAPI/Express, Redis, Celery/Temporal.
- WhatsApp Business API, Twilio, email pipelines, document AI (PDF parsing, OCR).
- Basic MLOps; cost observability for LLM usage.
