About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented AI Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize intelligent automation solutions that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall business efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI-driven tools, workflow automation platforms, and process optimization.
You’ll be the one building and managing automation systems, from chatbots and client intake flows to reporting dashboards and content workflows. If you’re someone who enjoys testing new AI tools, connecting the dots between systems, and owning implementation from start to finish, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI-powered automation.
- Develop, deploy, and manage automation workflows using AI and low/no-code platforms (e.g., ChatGPTZapier, Make, Power Automate, UiPath, etc.).
- Implement AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent process automation solutions.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services to build end-to-end automated solutions.
- Monitor, test, and optimize automation pipelines for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.,
- Stay updated with the latest AI and automation trends, tools, and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Operations, Sales) to align automation with business objectives.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and ethical AI practices in automation workflows.
- Research, experiment with, and implement AI-driven workflows that solve real business problems.
- Integrate AI into existing processes across content creation, reporting, lead gen, client onboarding, and more.
- Own the setup of bots, landing pages, and internal tools that improve efficiency and client experience.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI capabilities and proactively suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand needs and deliver functional automation solutions.
- Document processes and train others when needed.
- Join meetings and contribute clearly in English, both spoken and written.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make, UiPath, Power Automate, n8n, etc.).
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data integration.
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, LangChain, MidJourney, or other LLM-based platforms.
- Basic programming/scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to simplify complex processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to take full ownership of implementation, from idea to execution.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset, you’re always learning and iterating.
