Our team is launching a next-generation AI-based Image & Video Generation Platform to help businesses create stunning visuals and cinematic content in seconds. We are looking for a talented AI-Based Image & Video Generation Specialist to join our creative and technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate AI-based tools (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Ideogram, Runway, D-ID, etc.) to generate high-quality images and videos from text prompts.
- Design creative prompts and workflows to achieve specific visual styles and concepts.
- Edit, enhance, and refine AI-generated outputs using image and video editing software.
- Review all creatives provided by the design team, ensure quality and brand alignment, and submit them to the manager for final approval.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce branded content for campaigns.
- Research and stay updated on the latest AI tools, models, and best practices in generative media.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet brand and quality standards.
- Organize and maintain a library of AI-generated assets for future use.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with AI image/video generation platforms and prompt engineering.
- Strong creative eye for design, composition, color grading, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
- Knowledge of AI model parameters, workflows, and optimization for speed and quality.
- Basic understanding of video editing, motion graphics, and sound syncing.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills (Plus Points):
- Experience with API-based AI integrations.
- Understanding of 3D tools (Blender, Unreal Engine) for advanced compositions.
- Familiarity with Python or Node.js for automating AI generation workflows.

Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month
