Job Title: AI Integration Developer – eCommerce (PHP/.NET)
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven AI Integration Developer with strong expertise in PHP and .NET frameworks, and a solid understanding of AI tools and models that drive sales in the eCommerce domain. You will be responsible for embedding AI-powered functionalities into our custom-built eCommerce platform to enhance user experience, personalize interactions, and increase conversions.
Key Responsibilities : AI Feature Development & Integration
- Integrate AI-based tools such as product recommendation engines, chatbots, search optimization, and dynamic pricing algorithms into the PHP/.NET eCommerce backend.
- Leverage third-party AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google Vision, Microsoft Cognitive Services) and custom-trained ML models.
- Design and develop features like upsell/cross-sell suggestions, predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and real-time personalization.
Behavioral & Predictive Analytics
- Build logic to track user behavior across sessions and use AI models to forecast customer intent, churn, and purchasing patterns.
- Apply machine learning for intelligent product sorting, personalized landing pages, and cart abandonment recovery.
Sales Optimization & Automation
- Implement AI-powered tools for email automation, sales funnel recommendations, and discount/loyalty optimization.
- Use AI to segment high-value customers and trigger targeted marketing actions.
- Integrate recommendation systems (e.g., collaborative filtering or content-based filtering) to increase Average Order Value (AOV).
Data Handling & Model Management
- Work closely with data science teams to train and deploy AI/ML models that serve the frontend.
- Manage and consume APIs or pipelines that provide real-time insights on customer behavior, stock trends, and pricing elasticity.
Security, Testing & Performance
- Ensure secure API integration with AI services and proper handling of customer data in compliance with GDPR/CCPA.
- Test AI features for accuracy, relevance, and performance impact on the website.
- Continuously refine and retrain AI models based on new customer data and behavior trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter) and .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) development.
- Proven experience integrating AI/ML solutions into web applications or eCommerce platforms.
- Hands-on experience with APIs for AI platforms like OpenAI, Google AI, AWS AI, Azure AI.
- Solid understanding of data structures, REST APIs, and asynchronous job processing.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI recommendation systems, customer segmentation, or predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and deployment tools.
- Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or custom-built dashboards for reporting AI-driven sales insights.
- Exposure to A/B testing and performance measurement of AI-driven features.
