Position Overview
We are seeking an innovative and skilled AI & ML Developer to join our dynamic team across our Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad offices. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning projects for our diverse international clientele, enhancing our full-stack sales and support solutions with intelligent capabilities.
As an AI & ML Developer at Infinitum Media™, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven features. You'll play a crucial role in bringing data-driven insights and automation to our systems, impacting client operations globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights and prepare data for model training.
- Experiment with various ML algorithms, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), and techniques to find optimal solutions.
- Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models for accuracy and performance.
- Deploy and integrate ML models into production systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI-powered features.
- Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring their continued effectiveness and retraining as necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and related fields.
- Document model designs, methodologies, and results clearly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience as an AI/ML Developer or Machine Learning Engineer with practical experience in building and deploying ML models.
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of various machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, deep learning) and their applications.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Cloud AI Platform) for ML development and deployment.
- Understanding of MLOps principles and practices is a plus.
- Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
