We're on the lookout for a Business Developer with a proven background in tech project management and business development — someone who can own the lead generation process and drive conversions across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically manage and grow freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) as well as non-freelancing channels (LinkedIn, Clutch, direct outreach).
- Independently handle end-to-end business development from lead generation to closing deals.
- Set up and manage both agency and individual profiles from scratch across platforms.
- Coordinate with technical teams to build proposals, estimates, and pitch decks.
- Drive and expand the client pipeline through creative outreach and bidding strategies.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients, schedule calls, and maintain follow-ups.
- Meet monthly targets and report on sales performance.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in business development in the IT services industry.
- Strong command over both freelancing and non-freelancing lead generation methods.
- Background in Technical Project Management (TPM) is a must.
- Proven ability to close leads independently with little to no supervision.
- Experience in building freelance agency/individual profiles from scratch and scaling them.
- A technical or IT-related educational background (BSc CS, IT, SE, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
