Hiring: General Accounting Executive for KSA / UAE / Qatar
For a leading client based in the Middle East
Job Title: General Accounting Executive
Location: KSA / UAE / Qatar
Salary Range: QAR 5,000 – 7,000 (Based on relevant experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with complete accuracy
Post journal entries for monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
Analyze and classify financial transactions appropriately
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and schedules
Ensure accurate closing activities including rental, prepayments, and accruals
Coordinate with departments to gather financial data and resolve variances
Support internal/external audits with required schedules and documentation
Maintain fixed asset register and perform ledger reconciliations
Post inventory journal entries for consumption, cost transfers, and write-offs
Perform monthly inventory closings, stock reconciliations, and valuation adjustments
Performance Indicators:
100% timely posting and reconciliation of entries
Zero unreconciled balances at month-end Month-end close completed within 5 working days
Accurate audit schedules submitted on time
Full compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
At least one process improvement initiative implemented annually
Required Qualifications:
B.Com (Only Pakistani nationals will be considered)
Experience: 6–10 years in the textile or any manufacturing industry
Strong grasp of general ledger functions and closing processes
ERP system proficiency (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Advanced Excel and reporting skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs600,000.00 per month
