We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Amazon Account Manager.
In this role, you will take full ownership of managing client accounts on Amazon, ensuring their success and growth on the platform.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, optimizing product listings, analyzing performance data, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize multiple client accounts on Amazon, ensuring optimal performance and growth.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and images, to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
- Conduct and apply keyword research and analysis to enhance listing optimization and inform advertising strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key account performance metrics, identifying trends, opportunities, and implementing strategies for improvement.
- Develop, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, to drive traffic and sales.
- Provide consistent, proactive communication and support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends, Amazon policies, and best practices to keep clients competitive and ahead of marketplace changes.
