Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Amazon/PPC Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have rich experience working with Amazon Seller Central, along with a solid understanding of PPC, SEO, and Excel/Spreadsheet management. The role demands a problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and optimize multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central account, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
- Monitor and manage PPC campaigns, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve product visibility and rankings on Amazon.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise within the Seller Central platform.
- Maintain and organize data in Excel and spreadsheets to track performance, inventory, and sales metrics.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and provide updates.
- Assist in any other tasks related to Amazon business operations as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience with PPC management and optimization.
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO strategies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and resolve issues independently.
- Proficient in Excel and other spreadsheet tools to track, analyze, and report on data.
- Strong conversational communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
