The Role (What You’ll Own)
You will own client relationships end-to-end: from strategy and execution inside Amazon Ads/DSP to leading live client calls, presenting results, and defending the roadmap. You’ll collaborate with internal ops to ensure flawless execution, but you are the strategic driver and the voice to the client.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client calls (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly): explain strategy, results, next steps, and defend decisions with data.
Plan, build & optimize Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display, DSP).
Create and maintain testing roadmaps (keyword harvesting, budgets, bids, negations, creatives, audiences, placements).
Deep reporting & insight generation using Amazon Ads Console, DSP UI, AMC, Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, etc.
Forecasting, pacing & budget stewardship across brands and marketplaces.
Write crisp, client-facing memos: monthly/quarterly business reviews, strategy docs.
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
Fluent, confident English (spoken & written) — you will be client-facing on live calls.
2+ years hands-on Amazon Ads experience (SP/SB/SD minimum; DSP and/or AMC is a strong plus).
You’ve led strategy (not only execution) and can explain performance drivers clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong quantitative/analytical skills (you’re comfortable with CAC/ROAS/TACOS, CLTV etc.
Proactive communicator: you anticipate questions, come prepared with answers, and can push back diplomatically.
Stable internet, camera, and a quiet environment for video calls.

Amazon DSP hands-on execution.
Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) experience using predefined templates.
Excel/Sheets advanced user
Agency background with multi-brand juggling.

Time Zone & Availability
Our HQ time zone is Europe/Belgrade (CET/CEST), but we’re open to candidates worldwide.
We expect you to cover at least 4 hours of overlap with CET/CEST on client days and be flexible for priority calls.

Full-time or Part-time (state your preference).
Competitive compensation relative to your location, experience, and seniority.
Note: This is a contractor position. You will invoice us monthly, and you are responsible for handling your own taxes, health insurance, and any local contributions in your country.
