Application Support Officer
Eligibility
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from an HEC recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
Skills Required:
- T24 modules expertise (enquiries, interfaces, product creation, parameterization)
- Knowledge of core retail banking, term deposits, loans & deposits
- Basic programming (C#, Java, ASP.Net), database skills, MS Office
- Understanding of banking operations
Responsibilities:
- Managing daily T24 issues and providing resolutions
- Supporting integrated applications with T24 core banking
- Coordinating with branches, business units, and vendors
- Simulating and escalating issues for permanent fixes
- Assisting QA and development teams with T24 changes
- Tracking change requests and ensuring timely QA/UAT
