Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Officer
Location: Remote (Dubai Time Zone)
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (UAE Time)

We are a fast-growing and dynamic organization focused on delivering high-quality services across multiple industries. We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Officer to manage HR operations, support employee growth, and ensure a smooth, compliant, and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Prepare and process payroll, leave records, and attendance reports.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Review all creatives provided by the design/marketing team (when applicable), ensure quality and brand alignment, and submit them to the manager for approval.
- Stay updated with labor law changes and ensure full compliance.
- Support management with workforce planning and organizational development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
