Responsibilities:
- Increase & manage project sales operations within the assigned area.
- Identify and develop business with architects, builders, contractors, and developers.
- Execute sales strategies to meet assigned revenue targets.
- Handle pricing negotiations and order finalization.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and execution of orders.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in project-based or B2B sales (glass, Aluminium, construction, or building materials preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and SAP (preferred).
