- Ensure maintenance security, control and performance standards adhering to SOPs, policies and guidelines prescribed by the company.
- Ensure seamless operation and availability of digital channel application Domestic/International.
- Ensure that issues reported by internal teams (s) are identified and resolved in a timely manner are implemented.
- Monitor performance after deployment of upgrade patches provided by the development team and external vendors
- Ensure 24x7 proactive monitoring of Applications.
- Perform monitoring and ongoing analysis to improve operational and advice to increase automation of processes.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor in Computer Science
Minimum experience:
- Fresh, payments experience preferred, banking experience preferred
