Role Overview
Mint Source is hiring a resilient, thoughtful, and highly organized Operations Manager to lead day-to-day workflow management across multiple creative pods for a high-performing UK-based email marketing agency. You'll be responsible for keeping projects running smoothly: ensuring timelines are met, SOPs are followed, and quality remains high.
This is a foundational operations role where your communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills will directly impact the team's efficiency, morale, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, takes initiative, and brings structure and calm to fast-paced creative environments.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations across all creative pods, ensuring smooth delivery across campaigns, flows, and ad hoc client projects
- Monitor timelines, productivity, and quality benchmarks — escalating risks and delays before they become issues
- Maintain and evolve SOPs related to task QA, delivery workflows, and client communication standards
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to identify and unblock delivery bottlenecks
- Contribute to COO-led initiatives, including org-level planning, rollout of new tools, or systems improvement
- Provide support in team resourcing, performance evaluations, and prioritization using operational insights
- Assist in basic QA, internal communication, and documentation to ensure continuity across deliverables
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in operations or project management, ideally in a creative or agency environment
- Solid understanding of email marketing workflows and deliverables, including experience with platforms like Klaviyo
- Excellent communication and coordination skills — both client-facing and internal
- Proven ability to manage timelines, structure workflows, and keep teams aligned across multiple priorities
- Calm under pressure with a solution-first mindset and strong follow-through
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a high standard for quality assurance
- Confident using tools like ClickUp, Slack, and Klaviyo (or similar CRMs and task managers)
- Ability to handle feedback, work independently, and adapt in a fast-paced async-first environment
- Bonus: basic familiarity with copy/design workflows and agency delivery processes
