    Job Description:

    Qualification:

    • MBA Marketing/ ITM / Technology Management and or Engineering from HEC recognized university.


    Experience:
    • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in managing tender-based business opportunities, including technical and commercial proposal development and joint submissions with partners including the following experience in:

    • Building and managing different teams.

    • Preparing, analyzing business proposals & agreements.

    • Selection of vendors, distributions & supply chain network.

    • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the public and private sector tendering processes, and experience working within an academic or research-focused environment is an advantage.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Business Development Support

    a) Assist in identifying public and private sector tender opportunities relevant to NUST’s capabilities.
    b) Support the preparation and coordination of tender submissions under the guidance of the SNGMBD.
    c) Conduct preliminary market research and competitor analysis to inform proposal strategies.

    2. Proposal Coordination & Documentation

    a) Coordinate with faculty members and departments for collecting technical inputs and project details.
    b) Help compile and format technical, financial, and commercial documents for proposals.

    3. Administrative & Operational Support

    a) Liaise with departments such as Legal, Finance and related schools/colleges to ensure timely submission of required documents.

    4. Partnership & Communication Assistance

    a) Assist in communicating with potential partners and collaborators under the direction of senior officers.

    5. Post-Submission & Project Onboarding Support

    a) Help track the status of tender submissions and maintain project timelines.

    6. Stakeholder Engagement Support

    a) Maintain courteous and professional communication with all stakeholders

    Terms & Conditions:

    • 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
    • NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
    • In process of pursuing a required degree.
    • Medically unfit.
    • Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
    • Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations. Late / incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
