Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Financial Management & Compliance
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and cash flow
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal financial policies
- Oversee external and internal audit processes
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor project costing, profit and loss statements, and key performance metrics
- Implement reporting tools to improve financial visibility and decision-making
Risk Management & Control
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial and operational risks
- Implement and monitor internal controls to protect company assets
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team to ensure high performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support business objectives
Treasury & Funds Management
- Manage treasury functions including fund allocation, investment planning, and liquidity management
- Supervise vendor payments and ensure timely disbursement
Payroll & General Accounting
- Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits disbursement, and salary compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely general ledger maintenance and reconciliation
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (ACCA, CA, or equivalent preferred)
- Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles
- Strong understanding of project costing, audit protocols, and P&L reporting
- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Salary : 65,000 to 70,000/ month
