Job Summary:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall management and profitability of the IT Training Institute branch. This includes overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality education delivery, driving student admissions, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets. A strong focus on sales strategy, lead conversion, and team leadership is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Growth:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, institutional partnerships, and local marketing campaigns.
- Drive lead generation activities both online and offline (seminars, workshops, career fairs, etc.).
- Monitor and improve inquiry-to-admission conversion rates.
- Track competitors and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Branch Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure timely scheduling and delivery of training programs.
- Maintain facilities and infrastructure to provide a professional learning environment.
- Coordinate with trainers to ensure course quality and schedule adherence.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage front-desk staff, sales counselors, and support teams.
- Set KPIs for team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Motivate and coach the team to achieve targets and maintain high service standards.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Handle key student or parent concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Implement feedback systems to improve training services and overall student experience.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present branch performance reports, including sales figures, growth trends, and expense controls.
- Use CRM and MIS tools to track performance metrics and student life cycle management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Education, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in education/training sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership or sales role.
- Proven experience in meeting sales targets and growing business revenue.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of IT certifications and tech training programs (e.g., Python, Java, Data Science, Cloud, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monthly/Quarterly sales and admissions targets.
- Student satisfaction and feedback scores.
- Staff retention and productivity.
- Revenue growth YOY.
- Conversion ratio (lead to admission).
Location: Rawalpindi Branch
Timings: 11am to 8pm
