Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales:
Develop and implement branch-level strategies for deposit mobilization.
Achieve monthly and annual deposit targets.
Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities (individuals, SMEs, corporates).
Promote cross-selling of bank products (e.g., , term deposits,).
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients and high-net-worth individuals.
Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Operational Management:
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch.
Monitor daily transactions and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Oversee cash management and security protocols.
4. Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff.
Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
5. Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to all banking regulations, AML/KYC policies, and internal procedures.
Implement and monitor internal controls to minimize risk.
Coordinate with internal audit teams and resolve any audit observations.
6. Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and submit periodic reports on branch performance, deposit trends, and market analysis.
Analyze branch performance and take corrective measures when necessary.
